Busy, Busy, Busy

As usual life in the Brusman house has been going 90 mph. It seems that the minute we accomplish one thing we are off to the next. Eric and I have been completely busy with work. I always thought that I would have a baby and my clientele was big enough I could work two half days (I know it isn't that much). Boy was I wrong. Right now I have been working 2 to 4 days a week. And I am booked almost to Thanksgiving! It has been completely crazy and it looks like it isn't going to slow down anytime soon. Since I have been working so much, I decided I deserved a vacation, so this week I booked tickets for my mom and I to go to Chicago and see Jenny. We leave next Friday and I am so excited! I am only nervous about the flying with Addi.

Eric has been busy man. He has been working a lot lately. According to his pay stub he has put in 90 hours. They are finishing the SEMA truck so most days he is in IF doing the work. He still loves his calling as 11 year old scout advisor and had a lot of fun pointing out all the boys to me on Sunday during the primary program. On a happy note for me, the BRONCO is sold. We have been trying to sell it for a few months and finally it will be out of my garage. I still cannot believe someone wants to buy it. Here is a picture to see how great and wonderful it is.
There are some changes since this picture. The door are off of it, the back fender is cut off and there are new wheels and tires. So maybe the guy just wanted the wheels and tires cause lets face it there isn't much there.

As for Addi, she is always changing and growing. The other night Eric and I were watching TV while Addi played on the floor. Out of the corner of my eye I saw movement and looked up. Addi was standing up in her rocking chair laughing. She thought it was great. I don't know how my 7 month old thinks this is okay.

But who could tell this face no?

Later that night she was being really ornery. We think she is getting her teeth so she is moody woman. Eric gave her a bink and we began eating. This is what we found. I was completely shocked because this never happens. Very rarely do we get her to fall asleep on her own. So I was jumping for joy.

Finally, I just had to post a pic of Addi eating. She is the messiest eater alive. Especially when dad is feeding her. All I have to say is thank heavens for bathtubs.

Sounds like you're keeping plenty busy. That's good! Always better to be busy than bored, right? Can't wait to see you and Addi. Tell Eric thanks for letting you sneak off for a few days. :)
